1. Link (Rapidshare, FileServe, Wupload or MediaFire) ep ** (or part **) is not working. Can you re-upload it?
Sure! But a lot of the time the file is still working. It's just temporarily not working because MediaFire prohibits select countries from downloading at a certain time. Usually if you try downloading at a different time the download link works again. If you don't want to wait, you can also try clearing your cookies. 2. I can hear the audio but I can't see a video. What's wrong?
That's usually a codec problem I think. Try updating your codecs. I personally like the K-Lite Codec Pack. I would download the FULL version just to be safe. lol. You can also simply try playing the video in a different player like VLC Media Player or GOM Player.

3. Do these videos come with subs?
We have two types, Raw Video and Streaming Video. Raw Video don't come with subtitle but have softsub, and Streaming Video have subtitle (HardSub). All Streaming Video upload at Youtube so you can easy watch!

4. Do you have the subtitles for episode **?
Yes. I always post subtitles with RAW Video.

5. Can I post your links in my blog?
Sure! Just be sure to credit the appropriate author depending what drama links you're taking.

6. How do I play .001, .002, etc. files?
Please download HJSplit or FFSJ. Download the files .001, .002, etc. Put the files in the same folder. Open HJSplit >> click JOIN >> click INPUT FILE >> browse and SELECT your .001 file >> click START. This will produce a playable file with all parts joined in the same folder.

7. What versions are your dramas?
We try to share the most standard of versions to you. Currently, the standard is HANrel release. 95% of our dramas are HANrel, HAN, or Ental encoded unless otherwise stated. However, rare or cable shows may come in varying versions. You can see the version in the filename.
